Hard Disk Cleanup

1. Double left click my computer

2. single right click on the c: or local drive

3. single left click on properties

4.  look near the middle to find disk cleanup

5. single left click on it

6. another box will appear with check boxes

7. ensure that ALL boxes are checked you can do this by clicking on boxes that are not checked

8. once all boxes are checked click ok

9. another box will appear and ask if you are sure you want to continue

10. select yes or ok

11. let pc clean itself

12. once completed you can close all windows and continue using your pc

13. depending on how and what type of frequency you use your pc will depend on how often to complete this task as a rule usually about every 3-4 weeks is a good practice.
